LOST PACKAGES

We will replace lost packages after a certain time period has passed.
After 3 weeks for domestic packages.
After 6 weeks for international packages.
If your order has not arrived in what you deem a timely manner, please contact us. We are happy to do all that we can to help you track down your package.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We do our best to pack all orders securely, to ensure that they arrive safely to their destinations. However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be handles on a case by case basis. Resolutions may include full or partial refunds or replacements for the damaged product.

SHIPPING ERRORS

If we accidentally send your package to the incorrect address, or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will ship out a replacement order as soon as possible to the correct address. If you, the customer, makes an error in providing the correct address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
