Directions of use :
For aromatic, topical, or dietary use (only diluted when used).
INTERNAL USE : Even then it can be too strong to take directly in the mouth, because oregano oil in its pure form is so strong, it should only be used when diluted.
Directions: Take two or more drops in one tablespoon of olive or coconut oil and follow with lot of water. On an empty stomach or after meal 2 drops, 1-2 times per day.
For more virulent infections, take 2 drops 3 times per day.
For use extending past 6 weeks, consider supplementing with a probiotic.
Rub topically only diluted .
Combine 5-10 drops of oregano oil with two tablespoons of olive or coconut oil or try a ratio of one part oregano oil to five or ten parts carrier oil, such as olive or another carrier oil Or take 1 part of oregano oil with 5 parts of olive or another carrier oil (1:5) Apply liberally to affected area, several times per day. Allow time for absorption before wiping away excess and/or covering with clothes. Avoid eyes and ear canal. A sensation of warmth is normal.

Yes. Water helps flush toxins left from dead pathogens (bacteria, candida, parasites etc.) from the body. It is important to drink 6-10 glasses of water daily to maintain good health.
Can Oil of Oregano be used to help prevent infections?
Yes. Use Oil of Oregano with soap to wash hands or skin after exposure to public washrooms or close contact with other people such as shaking hands, kissing or crowded environments such classrooms, airplanes, buses etc. You may also inhale the oil, or rub it on the gums. Avoid mucous membranes and other sensitive skin areas. Oil of Oregano can be added to water in a mister and sprayed around the house to kill bacteria, mold and viruses in the air. Use a drop or two on a sponge or wet cloth for cleaning kitchen counters, sinks, stoves; and refrigerators in order to kill microbes.
Can I overdosed of Oregano Oil ?
Yes! Essential oils are composed of highly concentrated naturally occurring chemicals. Even herbs and natural forms of many plants are only beneficial in small quantities. This is true of Oil of Oregano. Please do not exceed recommended dosages. The adage “less is more” is at work here. The liver must process the Oregano oil and will become overloaded if too large an amount is taken. People using excessive amounts of alcohol regularly or taking 3 or more prescription drugs should avoid using Oil of Oregano.
